Store Credit Process

If your request for a store credit is approved, we will issue a credit to your Southern Hemp Haven account. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website. Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Return Shipping

If you are instructed to return a product, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for store credit:

  • Products purchased on sale or during a promotional event
  • Products that have been used or altered
  • Products not purchased directly from Southern Hemp Haven
